Walk for Kids

In September 2010, the first “Walk for Kids” event was held, with participants walking between Coogee and Bondi, raising over $9,000 for Youth Insearch. Organised by long time supporter Daryl Allen, the event is an excellent example of how one passionate individual can make a huge difference.

Although dates are yet to be finalised, we hope that the event will be held again in 2011. With many Youth Insearch supporters living interstate or in regional areas, we aim to launch regional versions of the event and hope that one day that there will be a “Walk for Kids” event in each region serviced by the Youth Insearch program.
