Youth Insearch is one 15 charities selected as beneficiaries of the upcoming Simpson Desert Multimarathon fundraising event, which will be held from the 15^th – 29^th September 2011.

Youth Insearch is seeking expressions of interest from our supporters or past participants that are interested helping us raise money by taking part in a marathon that will challenge even the most avid of runners.

As part of the Multimarathon event, participants will be representing Youth Insearch and competing as part of a team. The team will be working together to run an average of 44km per day across the Simpson Desert. Each participant will be required to complete 11km per day for 15 days.

Such a challenging task will require a strong commitment to training in the lead up to the event, which will challenge both the mind and body. The efforts of the Youth Insearch team will hopefully inspire supporters, attract considerable media attention and help raise funds that will be used to ensure more young people have access to the Youth Insearch program.
